Pentax DCF HR II 8×42 Fullsize Binocular The PENTAX 8×42 DCF HR II has everything you need in full-size binoculars and then some. With 8X magnification, large 42mm objective lenses for superior light gathering and a full-body rubber exterior with nitrogen-filled waterproof (JIS Class 6) construction, these are the perfect binoculars to use in tough weather and lighting conditions.
Customer Review: Above average
The Pentax DCF HR II binoculars are a nice bright, very accurate color and very sharp on center axis. Making them an excellent birder set of glasses. I noticed that the outter 15% of the field of view (FOV)was slightly distorted, but most won’t notice that as you tend to use the center 80% of the FOV for most viewing.

Pentax 10×50 DCF ED Binocular 10x 50 DCF ED Binoculars with case. 10 X 50 DCF ED High End Full size Binoculars, Magnesium body, nitrogen purged, full-color multi coating on objective lens elements.
Customer Review: Exceptional binocs
Same quality as Zeiss, Swarovski or Leica at half the price. Image quality very high. The most I’ll spend on a set of binocs in my lifetime but so far I’m not regretting the purchase and they’ll probably be the last I’ll need to buy. Highly recommended by Consumer Reports also.
Customer Review: pentax 10×50 DCF ED bino
If you are looking for top notch binoculars, you are likely considering the big three, Zeiss, Swarovski, Leica and possibly some others. I have used my Zeiss 10X40’s since 1993 and decided to pass these bino’s along to my son. I was fortunate enought to pick up a pair of Pentax DCF ED bino’s. All I can say is that to me they are absolutely on par with the elite three..but for about half the cost. Test them side by side yourself and there is no way that any miniscule differenc is worth twice the money. I am blown away with the quality of these bino’s for the money!

Pentax DCF XP 8×33 Binocular The Pentax 8×33 DCF XP has been added to its already-extensive roof-prism binocular lineup. Featuring high-resolution optics encased in a fiber-reinforced, polycarbonate body with JIS Class 6 waterproof construction, these high-performance models are the perfect choice for a wide variety of specialized, heavy-duty applications such as close-up viewing, extended glassing, and use in less than ideal weather conditions.
Customer Review: Excellent, especially for the price
I purchased these binoculars to keep in my car. Their compact dimensions (4.2 x 4.8 inches) fit perfectly into the storage bin of the drivers’ side door and their relatively modest price makes leaving them in the car all the time less of a risky proposition. Finally I’ll always have binoculars handy if I want to pull off the road to examine an interesting landscape or look at birds or wildlife.

Pentax DCF MC II 8×25 Binocular Pentax DCF MC II are pocket sized binoculars with foldaway system for ultimate portability. Top-level optical performance makes these ideal for use in a wide range of applications, from casual viewing to serious observation.
Customer Review: They’re okay for pocket binoculars.
The main problem with these Pentax pocket binoculars is that they are pocket binoculars. They are easy to carry with you most everywhere but significantly harder to use than larger binoculars.
